This is how we do it...

A member of our business development team will meet with you to answer your questions about TFT and to complete an informal Training Needs Analysis.

Once we have established what you are looking for from a training provider, we will build a package for your business using the combination of work-based programmes, training workshops and enhancement courses chosen by you.

All our programmes are designed by our in-house team of experts and so we can design and develop any programme for you including in-house training and inductions, to your exact specifications.

We will then complete a full induction with your staff and help you launch the programmes within your business, at a time-table to suit you, before we begin delivery.

You will have a dedicated account manager who will be on hand  to discuss progress and answer any questions you may have.
