provides you, the employer, with a tried and tested route, enabling your employees to learn more about their industry and at the same time putting their learning into practice with immediate effect. Detailed and specific one to one training and feedback gives trainees the confidence they need to increase sales and also provides them with focussed and continuous professional development during the term of their training with TFT.
 
Work-Based Learning
Training for Travel provides the best qualifications in order for your staff to work to maximum benefit – both personally and professionally which are delivered by our friendy and professional team of vocationally experienced and professionally qualified assessors. We allocate each of your employees a personal assessor who will make regular visits to your staff at a time and to a schedule to suit your business and will be constantly available by telephone or email for advice an support. On these visits our staff will provide training, feedback and guidance to gather evidence of competency via inobtrusive assessment methods such as discussion and observation so that your staff spend little to no time off-the-job.
 
Training
Training For Travel will also provide underpinning knowledge training, the frequency and venues for which will be agreed with the Employer before hand.You may select monthly or weekly training sessions, quarterly workshops or on-line training which your staff can access during quiet or down periods at work via the Internet. Training For Travel works closely with the employer culminating in a programme produced specifically for your company to ensure your business needs are met.
 
Customer Service
Training for Travel has a full time Customer Liaison Manager, Katy Wilson, who will manage your account and provide you with regular updates on the progress of your learners. Katy will also be available on the telephone and via email during business hours to deal with any queries you might have once the programmes of learning have begun.
